Digital service — instant delivery

DonDelay is a fully digital software service. No physical goods are sold or shipped. Access is provisioned automatically and immediately: your workspace is available the moment you create an account, and paid-plan features activate immediately on successful payment. The mobile apps are distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store.

If access is delayed

If your account or a paid feature is not available within 30 minutes of signup or payment, contact [email protected] and we will resolve it or refund the charge per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
