Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective: July 12, 2026
1. Free trial first
Every new organisation gets a 14-day free trial with no payment method required, so you can evaluate DonDelay fully before paying anything.
2. Cancelling a subscription
Cancel any time from your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then, and you are not charged again. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months of a monthly subscription.
3. Refunds
- Duplicate or erroneous charges — refunded in full once verified.
- Billed after cancellation — if you cancelled before renewal and were still charged, the charge is refunded in full.
- Extended unavailability — if the Service is materially unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to causes within our control, you may request a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period.
- Annual plans (when offered) — full refund if requested within 14 days of first payment.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval (bank posting times may add a few days). We accept major cards and other methods offered at checkout via our PCI-DSS-compliant payment partner; refunds follow the same rails.
